This is a residential property located in the City of Hialeah, part of a 5 story Multi Family and managed by a Condominium Association. The Multi Family was built in 1975 and the apartment has 900 SF of living area, and is composed of 2 beds / 1bath

The owner keeps the property rented and wanted to do the remodeling in 30 days.
In those 30 days we had to process all the permits with the Association and the City, to then begin the work

REMODELING GOAL

The owner wanted to modernize the apartment with new kitchen cabinets and new appliances and remove the carpets from the bedrooms and living room and solve various electrical problems in general.

HOW WE STARTED?

Starting from the design of the kitchen cabinets, we order their manufacture from the first day.

With the permits, the demolitions began to give sequence to the installation of the Sound Control & Crack Suppression Membrane to later install the tiles.

We passed all the inspections satisfactorily !!!

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Once the new tiles were installed, the installation of the kitchen cabinets began.

FINAL RESULT

We work very hard complying with the schedule requirements of the Association but the new tenant was able to enter the remodeled apartment the first day, as established in the signed contract.

The execution of the project was carried out in 2 weeks of work.
